The only problem we have on this planet is human being and only YOGA can fix it!

The whole of the cosmos reverberates the sound of AUM. It consists of three worlds Aa Uu Mm. Notice that utterance of this sound doesn't involve the usage of tongue; it's purely the sound from the vocal chords. Utterance of this sound removes the blockages in the chakras of our energy body, these blockages are the main reason why we have emotional fluctuations. According to recent studies by various science and medical organizations it's proved that daily utterance of AUM has cured many diseases related to biological and mental aspects of the human body.

What we refer as the cosmos is a large empty space with few creations here and there. This vast empty space is referred to as SHIVA - that which is not. In this vast space, when there is a disturbance, creation happens. This disturbance is caused by Shakthi which we refer as the outburst of energy. Masculine and feminine are the two basic energy forms which is also referred to as Shiva and Shakti and the whole of the cosmos is just the play of these two energies. The one who has created the whole of cosmos has also created you and me. When we have a problem in our newly bought car do we go to the manufacturer or to the local mechanic if the car needs to be PERFECTLY fixed. Of course the manufacturer right! So when we have the manufacturer of our body within ourselves, the creator who created us, is it not wise enough to go to him if there's a problem in our body or mind. Hence YOGA is a way which will help us unlock the access to the creator within.

YOGA doesn't mean twisting and turning of body, YOGA means UNION. Through yoga practices we slowly come to this experience of one with the Union. Once we come we come to this experience, do we have to teach human beings what's right and what's wrong ? So when we have all the human beings evolved to such an experience of being in union with the cosmos, the world will truly be a joyful and wonderful.

Through AUMKAR YOGA SCHOOL we want to bring YOGA into the lives of as many people as possible and make the work of Adiyogi reach every nook and corner of this planet.

The very first thing that we want to bring about under this project is to build a dedicated space for YOGA and Meditation at the backwaters of the famous river Cauvery in Mysore.

One of the flagship project of AUMKAR YOGA SCHOOL would be to visit each and every school of Karnataka and make the children experience YOGA. Starting with AUMKARA, which is nothing but utterance of AUM. The program will also include simple yoga practices. The project also aims to mandatorily bring music into the curriculum specially the percussions, the damaru made of animal skin.

When we have the younger generation growing by practicing YOGA, we don’t have to really worry much about them, because they will now start to function in tune with the cosmos.
