PEDAL FOR CRADLE

Riding on a bike is way too fast and walking is way too slow, so lets cycle!

It’s a cycling community where people unite to pedal the length and breadth of this planet to spread the message that the generation that we lived till today had good air to breath, clean water to drink, nutritious food to eat and green environment live in, we must make sure that the baby in THAT cradle will have the same or much better planet to live in. If we deny that to THAT new LIFE that has just come to this planet, it’s a disaster.

To kick start this initiative, a cycling expedition will be started from Tala Cauvery, the place of origin of river Cauvery which is the lifeline for two south Indian state Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The journey will end in the holy city of Uttar Pradesh – KASHI which is the oldest city of the planet and it’s also known as the man-made Kailash.

The expedition is planned to start in the month of Dec-Jan and will cover the basins of important rivers and historic temples on the way.

Such cycling expedition will be carried out by getting interested people on board and taking them to unexplored places, camping, connecting them with the nature and through them, spreading the fun and joy of cycling which is an environment friendly mode of transport, especially in cities where the roads are crowded and the air is polluted, the ears are ringing with honks.
