THE WARD SURVEY PROJECT

When the whole existence can be put into a mustrad seed, why cant we put every citizen into a repository!

When there's election, THEY make sure each and every person counts, but WE fail to deliver essential services to that EVERY PERSON. This project works to create a repository of people in wards and the essential services they need.

The project aims at having basic information about each and every building, the people living there, of a particular WARD or a GRAM PANCHAYATH of urban and rural area respectively. It is a micro level census doesn’t need accurate information. The information collected will be mainly used for communicating with the people and passing important information related to Govt. schemes or notices, activities of communities etc.

The information will be organized and kept in a repository which will help us deliver and execute projects and its services to people for their well being. Such a repository will help us plan, budget, save time and resources. This helps us to deliver the services more efficiently and more customizable way. It’s more of a targeted approach than just throwing the seeds in the air.

This becomes a backbone for all other projects and hence it will be one of the very first projects to be flagged off when the series of project are flagged off. Periodical updating of the repository is also important and such a visit helps in engaging with the community and its people in a more inclusive way.
